Fastest Ways to Retrieve PEN:
- Refer to student documents such as K-12 report cards and secondary school transcripts.
- Log in to check.
- Request PEN on the GetMyPEN self-service website using the student's BC Service Card or BCeID. Scroll down to the bottom of this for instructions and links. For enquiries, please email the PEN Coordinator at PENS.Coordinator@gov.bc.ca.
Alternatively, current students and their parents/guardians could contact the school office for assistance. PEN will be provided only upon verification of the identity.
Former students will email David Thompson with the following document/information to request PEN:
- A copy of the current ID
- A staff name (principal, counsellor or teacher) at the time of their attendance in David Thompson
